About Us

Where Good News Riding Centre is Located

GNRC is located on highway 21 approximately 15 minutes South East of Edmonton.

Professional Staff

A safe riding program begins with trained, educated and certified staff. Our riding instructors have earned and maintained their (CHA) Certified Horseman-ship Instructor rating.

 CHA Certified Instructors have been through an extensive evaluation process that includes self evaluation and peer evaluations. They have demonstrated personal horseman-ship knowledge and ability to teach a group of riding students.

Kim is experienced in teaching beginner riders of all ages, and enjoys building confidence and skill in all her students.  She also is passionate about further developing the skills of the more advanced horse and rider.  Kim's own interests and passions include: Western Dressage, Ground work including trick training and natural horsemanship techniques and Centred Riding principals.

For the Horse:

  • Training/starting the young horse or horses in need of a tune up
  • Private lessons for owners wanting a better partnership with their horse
